Hanoi Chay is a Vietnamese street food restaurant reimagining traditional dishes and translating them into a fresh and contemporary vegan menu. Our plant-based approach is inspired by Grandma Quyen, our founder’s grandmother who – as part of her Buddhist practice – would eat ‘ăn chay’ (vegan) for several days of every month. Shaped by the belief that conscious eating brings balance to the body and mind, our dishes are freshly prepared using only sustainably sourced ingredients, which we bring together to create the light and vibrant flavours unique to Vietnamese cuisine.
